400;\">\u300c\u6211\u5011\u7279\u5225\u559c\u6b61\u5403\u843d\u677e\u8449\uff0c\u8302\u5bc6\u7684\u677e\u91dd\u662f\u90a3\u9ebc\u53ef\u53e3\u3002\u5c0f\u677e\u6a39\u7684\u5ae9\u82bd\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u5403\u904e\uff0c\u9084\u5543\u904e\u5c0f\u8349\u3002\u7d93\u6b77\u904e\uff08\u5217\u5be7\u683c\u52d2\uff09\u570d\u57ce\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u8a8d\u8b58\u4e86\u6240\u6709\u53ef\u5403\u7684\u91ce\u83dc\u91ce\u8349\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u56f0\u5728\u57ce\u88e1\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u90fd\u5df2\u7d93\u628a\u690d\u7269\u5403\u904e\u4e00\u904d\u4e86\u3002\u4f86\u6625\uff0c\u516c\u5712\u88e1\u9023\u4e00\u7247\u8449\u5b50\u90fd\u4e0d\u5269\u22ef\u22ef\u300d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9019\u662f\u8afe\u8c9d\u723e\u6587\u5b78\u734e\u5f97\u4e3b\u65af\u7dad\u62c9\u5a1c\u00b7\u4e9e\u6b77\u585e\u7dad\u5947\uff08Svetlana Alexievich\uff09\uff0c\u7d00\u9304\u4e0b\u4e8c\u6b21\u5927\u6230\u88e1\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u5b69\u5b50\u5c0d\u6230\u722d\u7684\u5370\u8c61\u3002\u6210\u9577\u65bc\u8607\u806f\u6642\u4ee3\u7684\u5979\uff0c\u51fa\u4e86\u591a\u672c\u6230\u722d\u7d00\u5be6\u66f8\u7c4d\uff0c\u4f46\u88e1\u9762\u6c92\u6709\u5c0d\u8ecd\u4eba\u7684\u6b4c\u529f\u980c\u5fb7\u3001\u66f4\u6c92\u6709\u51fa\u73fe\u62ff\u8457\u69cd\u7684\u6642\u4ee3\u82f1\u96c4\uff0c\u5b57\u88e1\u884c\u9593\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u5973\u4eba\u3001\u5b69\u5b50\u3001\u5e74\u7d00\u8f15\u8f15\u5c31\u88ab\u9001\u4e0a\u6230\u5834\u7684\u4eba\u7684\u8996\u89d2\u22ef\u22ef\u300c\u9130\u5c45\u5bb6\u6709\u500b\u5c0f\u5973\u5b69\u64bf\u4e86\u4e00\u9846\u6ab8\u6aac\u578b\u7684\u624b\u69b4\u5f48\uff0c\u6416\u6643\u8457\u73a9\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u6416\u6643\u5e03\u5a03\u5a03\u4e00\u6a23\u22ef\u22ef\u6bcd\u89aa\u6c92\u4f86\u5f97\u53ca\u8dd1\u904e\u53bb\u22ef\u22ef\u300d\u6bcf\u6bb5\u8a71\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u4e9e\u6b77\u585e\u7dad\u5947\u62ff\u8457\u9304\u97f3\u6a5f\uff0c\u6578\u5341\u5e74\u8d70\u8a2a\u8607\u806f\u3001\u963f\u5bcc\u6c57\u7b49\u5730\uff0c\u7528\u300c\u53e3\u8ff0\u7d00\u5be6\u6587\u5b78\u300d\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6700\u5e73\u51e1\u4eba\u7684\u6700\u771f\u5be6\u8a9e\u8a00\uff0c\u62fc\u6e4a\u51fa\u6230\u722d\u7684\u6a21\u6a23\u2014\u2014\u63ee\u821e\u8457\u6c11\u65cf\u4e3b\u7fa9\u3001\u611b\u570b\u4e3b\u7fa9\u7684\u5927\u65d7\u4e0b\uff0c\u6c92\u4eba\u662f\u8d0f\u5bb6\u3002<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8eab\u70ba\u6587\u5b57\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u7684\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u4e5f\u79c9\u6301\u76f8\u540c\u4f7f\u547d\uff0c\u7d00\u9304\u773c\u524d\u4e16\u4ee3\u7206\u767c\u7684\u6230\u4e82\u3001\u570b\u969b\u96e3\u6c11\u7684\u771f\u5be6\u8655\u5883\u2014\u2014\u5a66\u5973\u3001\u8001\u4eba\u3001\u5b69\u7ae5\u22ef\u22ef\u6839\u64da\u806f\u5408\u570b\u96e3\u6c11\u7f72\uff08UNHCR\uff09\u7d71\u8a08\uff0c\u622a\u81f32022\u5e74\u5e95\uff0c\u6709\u8d85\u904e\u4e00\u5104\u96e3\u6c11\uff0c\u56e0\u885d\u7a81\u3001\u66b4\u529b\u3001\u6230\u722d\u3001\u4eba\u8eab\u5b89\u5168\u906d\u9047\u5a01\u8105\uff0c\u9003\u96e2\u5bb6\u9109\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u500b\u6578\u5b57\u548c2021\u5e74\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u7adf\u591a\u4e86\u4e5d\u5343\u842c\u4eba\u3002<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9762\u5c0d\u6025\u901f\u60e1\u5316\u7684\u4eba\u9053\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u6148\u6fdf\u7f8e\u570b\u5728\u5927\u611b\u4eba\u6587\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8209\u8fa6\u300c\u6148\u6fdf\u570b\u969b\u96e3\u6c11\u63f4\u52a9\u7279\u5c55\u300d\uff08Global Refugee Exhibition\uff09\u4f86\u547c\u61c9\u806f\u5408\u570b\u7684\u300c\u4e16\u754c\u96e3\u6c11\u8ad6\u58c7\u300d\uff08Global Refugee Forum 2023\uff09\uff0c\u8b93\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u805a\u7126\u96e3\u6c11\u8b70\u984c\uff1b\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u6148\u6fdf\u5fd7\u5de5\u66f4\u900f\u904e\u6301\u7e8c\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u5c07\u5e36\u7d66\u70cf\u514b\u862d\u3001\u6558\u5229\u4e9e\u3001\u7dec\u7538\u7b49\u570b\u969b\u96e3\u6c11\u7684\u6025\u96e3\u6551\u52a9\uff0c\u8f49\u8b8a\u6210\u4e2d\u9577\u671f\u966a\u4f34\uff0c\u52a9\u5931\u6839\u7684\u4eba\u5728\u5e87\u8b77\u570b\u5f97\u4ee5\u5b89\u9813\u751f\u6839\uff1b\u800c\u300c\u571f\u6558\u5927\u9707\u99b3\u63f4\u5f8c\u7e8c\u300d\u5c08\u984c\u5831\u5c0e\uff0c\u559c\u898b\u5fd7\u5de5\u516b\u5e74\u4f86\u6fdf\u52a9\u7684\u6558\u5229\u4e9e\u96e3\u6c11\u812b\u80ce\u63db\u9aa8\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u8cd1\u707d\u4e3b\u529b\uff1b\u300c\u7d20\u884c\u52d5\u300d\u66f4\u7dca\u6263\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u9ede\u51fa\u76e4\u4e2d\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5343\u91cc\u5916\u662f\u548c\u5e73\u9084\u662f\u6230\u4e82\u3002<\/span><\/p><p><span
