poeple\uff09\u56e0\u53d7\u8feb\u5bb3\u9003\u5f80\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e9b\u96e3\u6c11\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u537b\u7121\u6cd5\u5728\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u63a5\u53d7\u6b63\u898f\u6559\u80b2\u3002\u6240\u5e78\u6148\u6fdf\u5728\u96ea\u9686\u5e02\uff08Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia\uff09\u7684\u5169\u6240\u96e3\u6c11\u5b78\u7fd2\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u8b93\u5b69\u5b50\u53ef\u4ee5\u5165\u5b78\uff0c\u7528\u77e5\u8b58\u904e\u4e0a\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u5716\u7247\u4f86\u6e90\uff0f\u6148\u6fdf\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u96ea\u9686\u5206\u6703<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div people\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u4f86\u81ea\u7dec\u7538\u7684\u7a46\u65af\u6797\u5c11\u6578\u65cf\u7fa4\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u7956\u7956\u8f29\u8f29\u5728\u82e5\u958b\u90a6\u5dde\uff08Rakhine, Myanmar\uff09\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u6709\u6578\u767e\u5e74\u3002\u4e0d\u5e78\u7684\u662f\u7dec\u7538\u9019\u500b\u6b77\u53f2\u53e4\u570b\u65bc\u8fd1\u4ee3\u6230\u706b\u7d1b\u98db\uff0c\u653f\u6b0a\u722d\u7aef\u4e0d\u65b7\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5f9e\u4e0a\u500b\u4e16\u7d00\u4e03\u5341\u3001\u516b\u5341\u5e74\u4ee3\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u6d1b\u8208\u96c5\u4eba\u5c31\u56e0\u4fe1\u4ef0\u548c\u7a2e\u65cf\u6b67\u8996\u53d7\u5230\u8feb\u5bb3\u30022017\u5e74\u516b\u6708\uff0c\u7dec\u7538\u8ecd\u968a\u5c0d\u6d1b\u8208\u96c5\u4eba\u57f7\u884c\u6975\u5927\u898f\u6a21\u7684\u7a2e\u65cf\u6e05\u6d17\uff0c\u64da\u4f30\u8a08\u6709\u5169\u842c\u591a\u6d1b\u8208\u96c5\u4eba\u9047\u5bb3\uff0c70\u842c\u81f3100\u842c\u6d1b\u8208\u96c5\u4eba\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u9003\u96e2\u66fe\u7d93\u7684\u5bb6\u5712\uff0c\u5f92\u6b65\u7d93\u904e\u5371\u96aa\u7684\u53e2\u6797\u9032\u5165\u9130\u570b\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u7121\u570b\u5bb6\uff08stateless\uff09\u7684\u96e3\u6c11\u3002<\/p><p>\u5176\u4e2d\u6709\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u6d1b\u8208\u96c5\u4eba\u8f3e\u8f49\u4f86\u5230\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\uff08Malaysia\uff09\uff0c\u7b49\u5f85\u570b\u969b\u7d44\u7e54\u5c07\u4ed6\u5011\u9001\u5f80\u7b2c\u4e09\u570b\u5b89\u7f6e\u3002\u622a\u81f32022\u5e74\u4e8c\u6708\uff0c\u5728\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u6301\u6709\u96e3\u6c11\u8b49\u768418\u842c\u4eba\u4e2d\uff0c\u6d1b\u8208\u96c5\u4eba\u5c31\u5360\u4e8615\u842c\u4e4b\u591a\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div 400;\">\u300c\u6d1b\u8208\u96c5\u4eba\u5927\u591a\u4f86\u81ea\u7dec\u7538\u908a\u9060\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u4f86\u5230\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u4e5f\u9084\u662f\u5c0a\u5949\u7537\u5c0a\u5973\u5351\u7684\u50b3\u7d71\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u751f\u6d3b\u8ca7\u56f0\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u4e00\u5927\u5bb6\u5b50\u8778\u5c45\u5728\u4e00\u9593\u623f\u5b50\u88e1\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u63a5\u53d7\u6559\u80b2\u3002\u7537\u6027\u61c2\u4e00\u9ede\u99ac\u4f86\u8a9e\uff0c\u53ea\u5920\u6bcf\u5929\u5916\u51fa\u505a\u6e05\u6f54\u5de5\u3001\u6d17\u8eca\u5de5\u7b49\u81e8\u6642\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u9760\u52de\u529b\u52c9\u5f37\u7dad\u6301\u4e00\u5bb6\u8001\u5c0f\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u5973\u6027\u56f0\u5728\u5bb6\u88e1\uff0c\u5973\u5b69\u5b50\u5927\u591a14\u6b72\u5c31\u8981\u51fa\u5ac1\u7d66\u540c\u70ba\u96e3\u6c11\u7684\u7537\u5b69\u5b50\uff0c\u518d\u751f\u51fa\u4e0b\u4e00\u4ee3\u3002\u300d\u6148\u6fdf\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u96ea\u9686\u5206\u6703\u300c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5408\u5fc3\u96e3\u6c11\u5b78\u7fd2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u300d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7684\u8b1d\u60e0\u82f1\u6821\u9577\uff0c\u5c0d\u96e3\u6c11\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u56f0\u5883\u975e\u5e38\u719f\u6089\u3002<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7531\u65bc\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u6c92\u6709\u7c3d\u7f72\u806f\u5408\u570b\u7ba1\u7406\u96e3\u6c11\u5b89\u7f6e\u7684\u570b\u969b\u516c\u7d04\u300a\u96e3\u6c11\u5730\u4f4d\u516c\u7d04\u300b\uff08The Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees\uff09\uff0c\u76f8\u7576\u65bc\u53ea\u5141\u8a31\u96e3\u6c11\u5728\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u5883\u5167\u66ab\u6642\u505c\u7559\uff0c\u537b\u4e0d\u6703\u7d66\u4e88\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u5206\u2014\u2014\u9019\u5c31\u610f\u5473\u8457\u6d1b\u8208\u96c5\u96e3\u6c11\u5728\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e\u6c92\u6709\u53d7\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u51fa\u8def\u662f\u88ab\u806f\u5408\u570b\u96e3\u6c11\u7f72\uff08UNHCR\uff09\u9001\u5f80\u7b2c\u4e09\u570b\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u90a3\u88e1\u7684\u6c38\u4e45\u516c\u6c11\u3002<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
