The Dallas Chapter’s long-running sale of zongzi (glutinous rice dumplings) to raise funds for Tzu Chi’s disaster relief efforts worldwide, an initiative that is active to this day, began in a tiny kitchen that aimed to serve one and all despite its humble scale. Photo/Tzu Chi USA Dallas Chapter
