On March 30, 1996, the New Jersey Service Center marks its first anniversary with a ceremony to celebrate the opening of its new office. ➌ Pittsburgh Service Center

On July 12, 1992, veteran Tzu Chi volunteer Hsinghui Lin (left) introduces Meihsiang Huang (right) to Master Cheng Yen at the Jing Si Abode in Hualien, Taiwan. On April 3, 1993, the day the Pittsburgh Service Center is officially established, those attending the celebration take a group photo outside Meihsiang Huang's home.
